Jumpstart 6-Week Weight Loss Cohort

The 30 to Life Jumpstart is a six-week program where we begin applying what you learned today.

Each week, we meet live for Hump Day Magic, a one-hour Zoom session where we slow things down and start looking at weight, food, stress, and midlife physiology through a completely different lens.

This isn’t about dieting harder.

It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body and learning to work with it rather than fight it.

Jumpstart is a weekly live Zoom with me for 6-weeks. Following my 30 to Life Solution,

you will:

✅ Release 10-15 pounds*

Sleep Will Improve

Hot Flashes and Night Sweats Will Improve

Learn to Recognize and Conquer Trigger Foods

Learn 3 Steps to Self-Hypnosis

This is the only program, other than my VIP program, that I conduct live. These Zooms

will be recorded and sent to those who have signed up.

Feel calmer in your body, release weight without punishment, sleep better, reduce hot

flashes, and finally understand what your midlife body has been trying to tell you.

What you'll receive

✓ Six weekly live group coaching sessions with Debbie

✓ A supportive group of women navigating the same stage of life

✓ The chance to ask questions and talk through real situations

✓ Replay access if you miss a session

✓ Access to the private community for discussion and support

While I share personal experiences, client stories, and strategies that have worked for me and others, everybody is different. Before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, medication, supplements, or lifestyle—especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications—please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider. This book does not promise or guarantee weight loss or health outcomes. Your journey is your own, and success depends on many individual factors, including your commitment, consistency, and support system. I’m not a doctor, nutritionist, or therapist—I’m a coach, a guide, and someone who’s walked the walk.

I’m here to encourage you, not prescribe anything. You are responsible for your own health and well-being.

You’ve got this—and when in doubt, ask for help from the health professionals you trust.
