Meet Debbie Harris

Debbie Harris is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Hypnotist, and the creator of the proprietary 30 to Life Solution, a midlife-focused program that elevates women’s health while simultaneously releasing weight and minimizing menopause symptoms.

After decades in corporate environments and more than 50 years personally navigating diet culture, Debbie recognized a critical gap in how midlife women are supported medically, hormonally, and professionally. Her work bridges physiology, nervous system regulation, behavioral science, metabolic health, and subconscious re-patterning to help women move from self-blame to self-leadership during one of the most misunderstood transitions of their lives.

Through writing, speaking, coaching, and consulting, Debbie addresses the intersection of menopause, workplace performance, metabolic resistance, and identity reinvention. She works with corporations, HR leaders, and midlife women to create environments where biological transitions are understood rather than ignored, and where women are positioned as strategic assets rather than liabilities.

Debbie is the author of Dieting Sucks for Women Over 40: 30 to Life and is scheduled to deliver a TEDx talk in May 2026 focused on systemic gaps in menopause education and their impact on women’s health and leadership.
