I spent decades following the same advice every woman gets. Eat less. Move more. Try harder. And for a while, it worked.

Then it stopped working entirely.

I was a health coach. I knew the science. I had the credentials. And I still could not figure out why my body was no longer responding to anything I had always known to be

true.

What I eventually discovered changed everything. The approach that works for women in their twenties and thirties does not work for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. The hormonal shifts are real. The cortisol response is real. And almost

nobody in the mainstream wellness world was talking about it the way midlife women actually needed to hear it.

So I wrote the book I wished existed. I built the programs I wished I had access to. And I started talking to women who were exhausted from being told they just needed more discipline.

They did not need more discipline. They needed a different map.

Cholesterol levels dropped more than 60 points
